The Disclaimer and Privacy Policy of Bet-Helper.com are to be regarded as parts of this Terms and Conditions for the use of the services provided by this web site. By choosing to become a member one must express one's unequivocal agreement to the contents of the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions applicable at the moment of the subscription.

Every Full Monthly Membership renewal is to be considered subject to the general terms of use applicable on the payment confirmation date. All other prior general terms of use are void. Please check this page every time you renew your subscription.

The membership terms that apply are those made public in the 'Membership' section. The reference date for these services and terms, as well as for the 'Terms and Conditions' is the confirmed date of the payment. Payment confirmation date is subject to our payment provider records as well as to Bet-Helper.com own server time.

The time period of a valid Full Monthly Membership is 30 consecutive days starting from the following day of the payment confirmation date. After the expiration date of the Full Monthly Membership members are not entitled to any claims of any nature against Bet-Helper.com.

Bet-Helper.com offers no refunds. Bet-Helper.com will keep records of email delivery confirmation messages or any other suitable delivery proof available for the Full Monthly Membership period and will supply them to any active or former member on demand.

The Full Monthly Membership guarantees the right of the subscribed member to receive all the features promoted in the Membership section. Delivery of the electronic correspondence (e-mail) to the entitled paying members is presented on the Membership and FAQ pages.

In case that Bet-Helper.com services should encounter any technical problems whatsoever that will prevent the delivery of required messages to legitimate members the Full Monthly Membership will automatically extend with the period of time that the paid services were unavailable. This extension is free of any charges, it applies for Bet-Helper.com technical problems only and it is to be regarded as due compensation to the members. No other form of compensation for technical problems will ever be considered or sought for.

The entire content of this website is subject to change without prior notice. Since this is a public website it is not Bet-Helper.com's operators responsibility to individually notify any such change. Any such change will NOT affect already valid memberships that were purchased prior to the moment of the intervened change.
